Special guest speaker Shea will address how first time homebuyers can qualify for down payment, closing costs and acquisitionassistance through the City of New Orleans’ soft-second program. Banking, real estate and construction experts will also be on hand to discuss all things real estate from choosing a property and obtaining financing to planning, inspections and construction.
