DRINK OF THE WEEK~ The Juice Box

As always with bathing suit season upon us, it’s great to find a delicious low-cal cocktail that tastes great.  Luckily I found the perfect one during the Tales of the Cocktail segment while I was doing the radio show on WIST with Eric Asher.  I discovered The Juice BOx and immediately fell in love!   The Juice Box is a crisp new summer cocktail currently being served at Whiskey Blue Nola in the W hotel. The Juice Box is light and refreshing,  perfect for the hot summer days ahead of us. Also try it at home and sip it poolside! The Juice Box features Voli, the first low calorie, delicious fruit and fusion flavored vodka sponsored by Pitbull and Fergie so all you ladies like myself can indulge without  having to worry about the additional calories.

The Juice Box
1.5 Voli Orange Vanilla
2 oz Lemonade
1/2 oz Agave Nectar
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
 
In mixing glass add all ingredients and shake over ice.
Strain into rocks glass over ice.
Garnish w/ Orange wheel.
