2pm-6:30pm- Blood Drive in Honor of Shelby Leonhard
2pm-6pm- Car, Truck & Bike Show
3pm-4pm- Chuck’s Field of Dreams Saints Autograph signing – Malcolm Jenkins
4pm-5:30pm- Political Dunk Tank – Proceeds to benefit the American Cancer Society
4pm-5pm- Celebrity Cook Off – Proceeds to benefit the American Cancer Society
5pm-6pm- Chuck’s Field of Dreams Autograph signing – Mark Ingram and Saint Hall of Famer Ricky Jackson
6:30pm-7pm- Second Line into the stadium
7:15pm-7:20pm- Player Introduction
7:20pm- National Anthem
7:30pm- Home Run Derby Contest
8pm- Home Runs For Kids Softball Game presented by Bryan Subaru
9:30pm- Fireworks

For those who have ads in the program, but have not sent in a ad.
Size requirements – Half Page 5.5×8.5   Full Page 8.5×10
Resolution: 300dpi
Need by Friday July 15 3pm

We have extra room for banners so you are allowed up to 4 banners.
Banner sizes 8×4 feet or 6×4 feet
Need banners to be dropped of at Zephyr Stadium by Wednesday July 20
Please notify me on how many banners your company will be supplying.

Ticket Pick Up

For those of you who have tickets and VIP passes apart of your sponsorship. Your ticket packages are set for Pick up on Monday July18-Thursday July 21 – 9am-9pm – 1201 Canal St. (please enter gate on Basin st.) New Orleans- Inform the concierge that you are picking up a package from Darryn & Cherine DeWalt and give them your company name.
