MAYOR LANDRIEU’S OFFICE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TO HOST BUSINESS INFORMATION SESSIONS

Mayor Mitch Landrieu announced that the City’s Office of Economic Development will host another series of Business Information Sessions featuring information, resources and opportunities helpful for business owners and entrepreneurs. A meeting will be held in each City Council district.

“Our first series of sessions were very successful, and we are pleased to once again offer this program to our local businesses,” said Mayor Landrieu. “The success of our local small businesses is key to strengthening our economy and recovery. The goal of these information sessions is to connect entrepreneurs and small business owners to technical assistance providers and financial resources that will enable them to start or grow their businesses.”

During this second series, each session will focus on specific topics. Those interested can attend any and/or all sessions. All sessions will be held from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. and are open to the public. The complete list of dates and locations can be found below or online at www.nola.gov. The following list also details the themes and topics for each session.

The last session in this series will be held this coming Wednesday, December 14, at All Souls Church & Community Center.
