STRUT, formerly known as Boylesk, debuted in December of 2011 at House of Blues New Orleans. STRUT was created by show producer Rick Delaup to showcase the top talent in male burlesque from across the USA. Delaup is also the creator and producer of Bustout Burlesque, the monthly burlesque show at House of Blues, and The Annual New Orleans Burlesque Festival.

CAST:

The Stage Door Johnnies (Chicago, IL) are Jett Adore, Bazuka Joe, Ray Gunn). The Stage Door Johnnies formed in 2009. They won “Best Burlesque Troupe” at the 2011 Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend in Las Vegas.

Hot Toddy (Chicago, IL) created the Stage Door Johnnies. He won “Best Boylesque” at the 2009 Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend.

Russell Bruner (Portland, OR) won “Best Boylesque” at the 2012 Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend.

Cora Vette (Denver, CO) has a “Mouth of a Sailor, Voice of an Angel” This accomplished singer, comic, and emcee is the Mistress of Ceremonies for STRUT, The New Orleans Burlesque Festival, and many other festivals and events around the country.
