WHAT: Guests are invited to embark on an immersive culinary journey across the Caribbean during an exclusive, one-night-only dinner at Compère Lapin. Inspired by the new hit book The Caribbean Cookbook by Rawlston Williams, the evening will showcase the diverse foods, flavors, and culinary traditions of all 28 island nations. Williams and Chef Nina Compton will present a bespoke menu celebrating the region’s vibrant ingredients and iconic flavors, including citrus, nutmeg, coconut, tamarind, pimento, pineapple, rum, and more.

Tickets for the exclusive dinner are $125 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). An optional wine/rum pairing is available for $35 per person. Each guest will also receive a signed copy of The Caribbean Cookbook (retail value $59.95). The menu is as follows:
