There will also be no additional costs or interest fees for customers who make these arrangements with Entergy.
Level Billing – This is a great option for anyone year round. Entergy costs can go up and down quite a lot throughout the year. During the summers especially, the cost of energy will go up. Level billing allows customers to make better budgets each month. Each bill is based on the average of the previous 12 months of usage. In the end, it keeps the bills in a more predictable range.

Sometimes there are specific times that may require an Entergy employee to enter a customer’s home or business. Entergy has taken several precautions to ensure the safety of the customers and the employees. If a customer needs service inside of the home, the Entergy employee will use personal protective equipment and follow all CDC recommended guidelines including personal hygiene guidance and social distancing. Other precautions include: Using Hygiene materials like gloves, sprays and hand sanitizers, maintaining distances from customers, washing hands or using hand sanitizer following customer interaction, cleaning and sanitizing tools/equipment as necessary.
