Drink & Learn: Prohibition is a free virtual event.  Learn how New Orleanians managed almost 14 years of the “Noble Experiment” and why Federal agents dubbed it “The Wettest City in America.” in this spirited seminar. Learn the secret to making a great tasting cocktails born out of Prohibition in New Orleans, no matter where you live. Hosted by Drinks Historian Elizabeth Pearce and Sazerac House cocktail experts. Cocktail Kits available for sale for curbside pickup. A portion of the sales benefiting the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation.
All guests must be 21 to participate. Approximately 45 minutes.

Featured Cocktail: Bee’s Knees

2 oz Henry Ramos Gin
1 oz lemon juice
.75 oz honey syrup
Ice cubes
In a mixing tin, add the Henry Ramos Gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup, then add ice and shake. Double strain into a coupe or cocktail glass. No garnish necessary.
