This year at Tales of the Cocktail, Flor de Caña, a 5th generation premium Nicaraguan rum brand, kicks off its “Sustainable Cocktail Challenge” campaign. This global competition will inspire the bartending community to become champions of sustainability and build a greener future together by creating cocktails using sustainable ingredients and techniques.
The global winner will earn the coveted title of “Flor de Caña’s Most Sustainable Bartender.” Julio Cabrera (Flor de Caña’s U.S.A. Contestant) will initiate the Sustainable Cocktail Challenge in the United States on Monday afternoon.
