The Fried Chicken Festival is Back but in a new location! The festival will take place October 23-24, 2021 at a New Orleans on Lakeshore Drive in New Orleans. The festival will feature great music from DJs and funk rock to R & B. “We have just about every type of music for our crowds to enjoy.” Plus, the most important part of this festival is the fried chicken. Vendors from all of the the US will come and showcase their style of Fried Chicken.

Not a fan of fried chicken? We will have something for everyone and different things to try. We promise you won’t go hungry.

Fried Chicken Festival Details

The festival is free to attend. The National Fried Chicken Festival will take place on Saturday, October 23, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, October 24, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the New Orleans Lakefront.

MUSIC
You can expect to see bands from all over Louisiana, and even from outside the state. From DJs, to funk rock, to R&B … We have just about every type of music for our crowds to enjoy.

FOOD
The festival specializes in a true culinary experience offering our guests countless ways to eat fried chicken and different combinations of unique dishes. The National Fried Chicken Fest will showcase vendors from California, Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Louisiana at this year’s festival. Not a fan of fried chicken? We will have something for everyone and different things to try. We promise you won’t go hungry.

What you can and cannot bring:
Restricted items: Tents, Ice chests, Knives, Box cutters, Sharp objects, Drugs, Outside food and drink
Permitted items: Lawn chairs, Blankets, Umbrellas
All bags will be checked upon entering the event.
