What You Need To Know

GALETTE DES ROIS – A French tradition, the galette is a round buttery puff pastry filled with frangipane (almond cream). The youngest at the table decides who gets the next slice and the one to find the ‘fève’ (porcelain lucky charm) crowns his or her Queen or King.
