Meet the Author: Mary Walsh

Award-winning author Mary Walsh will be signing copies of her novel Fine Spirits Served Here at Hermes Bar in Antoine’s Restaurant, 725 St. Louis Street, French Quarter, New Orleans, on Saturday, June 25, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Paperback and hardback copies will be available for sale at a special event price of $15 and $25, respectively. Hermes Bar will be serving specialty cocktails for the event and they will be available for purchase to those 21 and over. 

Fine Spirits Served Here was influenced by Walsh’s food tour through Antoine’s in 2018. The novel blends the world-class restaurant’s dishes like Baked Alaska and Oysters Rockefeller into the city’s infamous paranormal tales like the haunted Bourbon Orleans Hotel and the ghost of author William Faulkner at Faulkner House Books – all through the eyes of a lifelong French Quarter resident.
