Mister Mao Hosts Matchbook Kitchen Pop-up

Uptown New Orleans’ Mister Mao is known for hosting a wildly-popular monthly guest chef pop-up series – a seasonal roster of dinners showcasing the talents of various Chefs, food trucks, vendors, and more. Each pop-up, Chef/Owner Sophina Uong invites visiting Chefs to take over the Mister Mao kitchen to showcase their cuisine and make money while doing so!

For the month of May, Chef Justin Bruhl of Matchbook Kitchen – the Asian pop-up doing residency at Barrel Proof, takes over the kitchen at Mister Mao and will serve a five-course meal priced at $70
