Cyclists, get ready to pedal our famous 2.75 mile North Track. Leave the hustle and bustle of the busy city streets and bring your family and friends out for Bike Night. The inaugural event is Thursday, May 20th.
Come enjoy the fun of our North Track with none of its usual high-speed stress! NOLA Motorsports Bike Night is a recreational event for cyclists of all ages and skill. Bike Night allows anyone to have a safe and fun place to ride without the hassles of the city! Afterwards, cyclists can replenish with ice-cold drinks and hot food off the grill! Bring your friends and family down to the track to ride and hang out with other passionate cyclists from the Greater New Orleans area! Event is rain or shine.
Track Map – Riders can enjoy our famous 2.75 mile track for as many laps as they desire.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are helmets required? Wearing a helmet is highly encouraged, and all riders will sign a waiver upon check-in. Riders 18 and under are required to wear a helmet.
Pricing & Registration? Riders should register online prior to the event here. Adult registration is $10 online and $12 on-site. Children under 12 can register for $5. Online registration for the event closes May 19th at 11:59pm.
Are electric bikes allowed? Absolutely!
Will water be available? We recommend bringing your own water bottle or hydration pack. We will have water bottles available for purchase. In addition, there is a complimentary water station on-track.
Will food be available? We will have food for purchase at the track. We ask that you do not bring any of your own food.
What is the weather policy? We plan on allowing cyclists even in a light rain. If the rain becomes too harsh or if there is lightning in the area, then we will take a delay. If the inclement weather continues then the event will be cancelled. If the weather is unsafe before the event starts, then it will be cancelled and announced on our website and Facebook page.
Is there an age minimum? Maximum? No, Bike Night is a recreational event for all ages and skill levels!
What are the COVID-19 precautions? We require everyone on the park to wear a mask unless they are cycling, eating, or drinking. We will socially distance in the paddock and encourage all attendants to bring folding chairs to allow best for safe distancing.
Bike Night Rules
- Stay to the right if you are riding slower while others pass on the left
- Signal when merging or changing lanes to pass
- Always check your shoulders especially when you enter the track
- Adhere to all requests of the track staff
- Respect other riders- this is a safe and fun place for all!
