SOLOS: Exhibitions of New Works by CAC Visual Artists-in-Residence

Get a look inside the artistic practices of the CAC’s performing and visual artists-in-residence during free open rehearsals and public studio hours.

We are excited to introduce CAC Studio Sundays, an opportunity for you to explore the artistic practices of our visual and performing artists-in-residence! Each Studio Sunday will offer the unique opportunity to experience an open rehearsal or visit one of our artist’s studios to get a glimpse inside their artistic practice and view their works-in-process come to life.

The CAC’s Artist Residencies are an annual, application-based program offering time, space, resources, and professional development opportunities for both visual and performing artists in New Orleans. Each spring, 7-8 artists and companies are selected to be in residence from June to August, culminating in “SOLOS,” the CAC’s month-long group visual art exhibition each fall.
