As a part of Renaissance Hotel’s Global Day of Discovery, join us at the Renaissance New Orleans Pere Marquette French Quarter Area Hotel as we kick off the day with a FREE Stretch Ya Brass class on our outdoor terrace with New Orleans inspired fitness krewe Move Ya Brass. While we have some yoga mats for hotel guests and may have some extras, local attendees are encouraged to BYOM (bring your own yoga mat)!
Unwind and liven your spirit with this stress relieving, soulful 45-minute yoga stretch class surrounded by fresh air and the unique architecture that surrounds our historic building. You’ll release the tension in your mind and body, set yourself up for a great day!
Following the class, we’ll have complementary cold pressed juices by our neighbors Crescent Counter and light breakfast bites. Space is limited so please RSVP to [email protected].
