Louisiana Landmarks Society, one of the state’s oldest preservation organizations, will hold its 3rd annual Fête du Jardin on Sunday October 16, 2016, in the gardens of the Pitot House, 1440 Moss Street.  Honorary chairs of the event are Consul Général de France Grégor Trumel and Madame Ingrid Trumel. The afternoon will be a gathering of people who cherish the unique character of our city to enjoy its cuisine, wine and music. The Fête is the society’s major fundraiser of the year and will support its ongoing preservation advocacy activities, as well as maintenance of the Pitot House, the organization’s home on Bayou St. John. Individual tickets are $65 and $35 (35 years and under); and patron levels begin at $250.
