HENRY’S HEARTS GALA – COMMON QUESTIONS

 If I leave the event, can I re-enter at a later time?  Re-entry is not allowed unless you are wearing a bracelet.

• Do I have to be present to win the raffle?  For the reverse raffle yes.  The others you do not.
• Where Can I Park?  There is parking at The Alexander Room and on the street.  There is no charge for parking.
• Is there an age limit or requirement?  The event is for 21 Years & Older
• What time do the doors open? 7 p.m.
• Will there be an ATM on site? No.
• Can I use a credit card for the silent auction?  Yes.   All items are purchased via credit card through the Givergy website.
• Can I participate in the silent auction if I am unable to attend?  Yes.   All items are bid on and purchased through the Givergy website.
• Can I use a credit card for the raffles?  Yes.   All items are purchased via credit card through the Givergy website.
• Can I purchase raffle tickets if I am unable to attend?  Yes.   All raffle tickets can be purchased through the Givergy website.  The only raffle that requires that a person be present is the 50/50 raffle.
• What do we win if we participate in the event games?  Game winnings are tickets which can be placed in the buckets in front of various prizes.  All winners will be called 30 minutes before the gala ends.  There will also be cash, gift cards, and other items as game winnings.
• What  do I get if I purchase a specialty bar cup?  The specialty bar cup allows you to enjoy specialty cocktails to go with the theme of the gala as well as wine that benefits CHD patients.  There is usually a limited quantity so we recommend purchasing ahead of time.  Historically, the cups have sold out every year.
• Can I purchase raffle tickets ahead of time?  Yes.   All raffle can be purchased through the Givergy website.
• Can I purchase specialty bar cups ahead of time?  No.  They can only be purchased at the event.
• Can I purchase tickets for the gala at the door?  Yes, as long as the event is not sold out before but they must be purchased through the Givergy website.
• Will I receive a paper ticket in the mail?  No, all tickets are through the Givergy website.   Everyone checks in at the front door.
• Do I have I have to have a ticket to enter the event?  Yes, you must have purchased a ticket to enter the event.
• If my child was a grant recipient can the child attend?  Yes.   All HAF grant recipients and CHD patients are encouraged to attend and do not require a ticket.  Email info@henryaucoinfoundation.org if you plan to have a CHD patient attend.
• I am a vegetarian; will there be food there for me?  There will be fruit and salad.
• I have a gluten allergy; will there be food there for me?  There will be fruit and salad.
