NOBA Announces Spring 2018 Registration for Tuition-Free Dance Classes
The New Orleans Ballet Association (NOBA) in partnership programs with the New Orleans Recreation Development (NORD) Commission, Broadmoor Education Corridor, St. Bernard Parish School Board, and Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy.
Registration for new students ages 5 to 18 for 2018 spring semester (January – April) dance classes will be held in January at each participating center. Tuition-free classes in ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz and modern dance taught by NOBA’s professional faculty are offered at neighborhood sites in three parishes (Orleans, Jefferson and St. Bernard). The semester will culminate with fully produced concerts at the Lyons Rec Center and at Tulane University’s Dixon Hall.
