Blindfold – served with Wild mushroom Flatbread
Saldo – served with Artichoke & Crab Bisque
The Prisoner – served with Seared Duck Breast, with Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Braised Collard Greens & Pomegranate Reduction
Derange – served with Seared Ahi Tuna Salad with Sesame Ginger Dressing

The Cannery
Located in the heart of Mid City, The Cannery was built between 1965-1970 and was the warehouse space for the American Can Company until it’s closure in 1988. The American Can Company consisted of a complex of six buildings in total that were designed for the manufacturing of steel cans. Learn more – HERE.
