Save Our Sponge Concert – A Piano Night with Tom McDermott & Joe Krown

Join  Woodlands Conservancy to celebrate World Wetlands Day and 17 years of our work to Save Our Sponge, the forested wetlands serving as a critical line of defense for the Greater New Orleans area.

What You Need To Know

PATRON PARTY:  The Patron Party will begin at 6 pm in the Bolden Bar. Patrons will be offered complimentary spirits, gourmet appetizers, a raw oyster bar by Acme Oyster House and music by Harry Hardin’s Jazz Quartet.

SAVE OUR SPONGE CONCERT:  The doors will open at 7 p.m. for Save Our Sponge Concert guests to peruse a wide array of Silent Auction items before selecting their General Admission seat. The concert begins at 7:30 pm with Tom McDermott’s fingers dancing across the keyboard of the Steinway Grand Piano followed by New Orleans Big Easy award winner Joe Krown.  Solo performances will be followed by a masterful duet by McDermott and Krown.  Libations will be available for purchase.
