BABs Hosts Birds and Bourbon

Celebrate Drinksgiving at BABs on Wednesday, November 27th. Join Chef/Owner Nina Compton and partner Larry Miller, along with Pinhook Bourbon, for “Birds and Bourbon,” a festive cocktail party featuring a delightful a la carte menu of bourbon cocktails and game bird dishes. Guests can imbibe on Pinhook specialty cocktails, including a House Old Fashion, Paper Plane, Black Manhattan, and a Baller Vieux Carre – Pinhook Rye, Remy 1738 Cognac, Carpano Antica Vermouth, Bitters and Benedictine. Chef Compton will showcase a curated selection of dishes, also available a la carte, including Chicken Liver Mousse and Black Truffle, Italian Timpano, Roasted Duck with preserved orange jus, and Cornish Hen Cannelloni with smoked onion.
