Community Workshop: Nonprofit Organizational Planning

Trepwise is hosting a free community workshop to help you start the new year by strengthening your organization! The workshop will focus on teaching leaders of small and growing nonprofit organizations to effectively set and achieve their goals for community impact.

About the Workshop

This workshop is designed for any nonprofit professional or board member with a vision to make meaningful change through their work. We welcome participants who have up and running programs, and are in the ideation, growth, or mature phase of their organization.

During this engaging two hour workshop we will guide leaders through the process of setting and achieving tangible goals for their organizations, as well as provide methods, tools, and templates to bring those goals to life. The session will include a mix of teaching, applied learning exercises, small group discussion, and Q&A.

The workshop will be held at the Greenhouse Workspace (4157 St Louis St. along the Greenway) on Tuesday, January 30th from 5:30pm – 8pm.

Attendees are encouraged to come at 5:30pm to mingle and get to know other workshop participants! The workshop will begin at 6pm. We recommend staying for the full 2 hours will get the most out of the experience.
