DISSENT AND DANCE: A Pro-Abortion Dance Party for Lift Louisiana

June 17, 2023 @ 9:00 pm - June 18, 2023 @ 1:00 am

$5 – $10
Dissent and Dance is a pro-abortion dance party benefiting Lift Louisiana, whose mission is to “educate, advocate, and litigate for policy changes needed to improve the health and wellbeing of Louisiana’s women, their families, and their communities.”
We encourage everyone to advocate for reproductive rights and justice at the legislature…but what we have to say to anti-choice lawmakers isn’t Baton Rouge-appropriate.
That’s why we’re taking our rowdy asses to Twelve Mile Limit on Saturday, June 17th to dance it out and raise even more money to support Lift Louisiana’s awesome work.
Join us for a super fun, super salty evening of dancing with a live DJ set from Warm Advice (of Now That’s What I Call Queer), drink specials, food, local art vendors, a themed photo booth, fun swag and more!
