The culinary crown of the Pontchartrain Hotel – Jack Rose has partnered with PlumpJack Estate Winery for a thoughtfully crafted four-course pairing dinner curated by Chef/Owner Brian Landry and the PlumpJack team on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 7PM. Chef Brian adds his unique twist to New Orleans’ irresistible Italian, French, and Spanish flavors. This one-night-only event promises to delight your palate with the perfect pairing of exceptional wines and delectable dishes.

Priced at $200 per person (includes tax and gratuity), the menu follows:

First Course

Scallop crudo, sea salt, lemon balsamic, and petit herbs
