VCPORA’s Annual Mother’s Day Concert & Picnic

Join us in celebrating our 24th Annual Mother’s Day Concert and Picnic on May 14th, from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. Since 1997, VCPORA has proudly presented the Mother’s Day Concert in Cabrini Park each spring. This Sunday afternoon concert on the corner of Dauphine and Barracks Streets in the heart of the French Quarter features revivalist band New Leviathan Oriental Foxtrot Orchestra with turn-of-the-century ragtime, jazz, and maritime standards.  So bring Mom, and the whole family, along with your picnic basket, lawn chairs, and your dancing shoes to Cabrini Park for an afternoon of fun! Although we love them, please leave the pets at home. Gates will open at 3:00 pm, so get to the park early to claim your perfect spot. This event is free and open to the public.
