Second Line down Bourbon Street on August 23, 2024 in disco-style as they celebrate Emmy Rabalais, a 17–year-old Dancing Queen from Metairie who recently crowned as the very first Miss Teen Wheelchair USA at the national competition in Northeast, Ohio.

Join them on August 23, 2024 as they dance down Bourbon Street beginning at 3:00 pm outside Galatoire’s at 209 Bourbon Street and ending at Gennifer Flowers Kelsto Club Lounge at 720 St. Louis St.
