VCPORA Gala: Le Temps qui s’Écoule, The Passage of Time

VCPORA is pleased to announce its 2024 Annual Gala “Le Temps qui s’Écoule,” (“The Passage of Time”) at the historic Tujague’s restaurant. Immerse yourself in this celebration of the characters and institutions that have spanned the past, present, and future of the French Quarter for this Masquerade ball. Tujague’s will be filled to the brim with three floors of entertainment, drink and food celebrating the rich character of the French Quarter. Come as yourself or an infamous character of the Quarter. Come with a gaggle of ducks, vampire fangs, selling calas, or in your best vintage or historical finery. Or maybe, you lean more towards the future and want to come as a future character of the Quarter. The possibilities are endless!

This year we will also be paying tribute to three distinct characters of the Quarter who have supported preservation efforts for decades. The following three exceptional women, each of whom laid their indelible mark on the timeline of this beloved neighborhood.
