Miel Brewery and Raising Hell Events present: AN OKTOBERFEST BEER PONG TOURNAMENT!

Grab your rowdiest ride-or-die and get ready for:

• 2-person teams/single elimination tournament
• Grand prize for winners ($100 bar tab!)
• Oktoberfest drink specials and great food from Southerns Food Truck and Buggin’ Out Boils!
• College basement hits and great daytime party vibes!

We can accommodate up to 30 teams of two – register early to guarantee your spot, or RSVP to pay at the event! *RSVPing does not guarantee your spot!* Available spots left over after registrations will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Beer pong not your thing? No problem – come for the party! Attend as a spectator and enjoy drinks from Miel and food from pop-ups Southerns Food Truck and Buggin’ Out Boils, all in a high-energy Oktoberfest party weekend atmosphere!

Here’s how it’ll go down:

1. You’ll grab your rowdiest ride-or-die and sign up as a 2-person team.* Registration is $25/person and includes all game beer.
2. On game day, arrive to check in by 1:45 pm at the latest. Late entry into the tournament is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the host and staff.
3. First round matchups will be selected via random drawing at 2 pm, and games will start immediately after. Depending on number of participants, there may be 2 “sessions” of first round matchups.
4. Single elimination style matches: winners of 6-cup games will progress to subsequent rounds, with the final matchup being a 10-cup game.
5. Grand prize is a $100 bar tab!

Other stuff to know:

• We’re calling this New Orleans-style beer pong, which means the pacing and structure of the tournament are easy peasy. No hollering refs or rigidly timed matches. We aim to avoid excessive wait times, but beer pong takes how long it takes. Expect some lulls – perfect to hang with friends, grab some food and enjoy the party!

• NO ASSHOLES. A little friendly shit-talking is part and parcel, but keep it fun. Violence and excessive language won’t be tolerated and we’ll kick you out on the spot if we so much as sniff a bad attitude. Keep your friends in check. It’s a game. Come to have a good time or don’t come at all.

• Non-drinkers welcome! You can have your teammate drink your beer if you like. If you’re both non-drinkers, we can make sure there’s water or soft drinks in your cups instead.

*Please put both team members’ first and last names as well as your team name in the notes part of the order, even if you are booking tickets separately.
