Stretch Ya Brass Yoga Class at Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel

As a part of Renaissance Hotel’s Global Day of Discovery, join us at the Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel as we kick off the day with a FREE Stretch Ya Brass class in our art gallery with New Orleans inspired fitness krewe Move Ya Brass. While we have some yoga mats for hotel guests and may have some extras, local attendees are encouraged to BYOM (bring your own yoga mat)!
Unwind and liven your spirit with this stress relieving, soulful 45-minute yoga stretch class surrounded by colorful and uniquely Louisiana art by the ambassador of color herself: Becky Fos. You’ll release the tension in your mind and body, setting yourself up for a great day!
