Join us in celebrating the return of LOVE in the Garden on Friday, September 23, 2022 in the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden. For over fifteen years, LOVE in the Garden has celebrated the arts in New Orleans, and this year, guests will enjoy a fun and festive evening with drinks, live entertainment, and culinary offerings provided by local restaurants and caterers. Funds raised at LOVE in the Garden guarantee the future success of the museum by providing crucial general operating support to NOMA, allowing us to serve our community with vital art, education, and programmatic initiatives.

For more information about LOVE in the Garden, please email [email protected] or call 504.658.4121.

LOVE is a NOMA fundraiser. In the event of inclement weather or any unforeseen reason that NOMA is unable to hold LOVE, your ticket purchase or sponsorship will be considered a 100% tax-deductible donation to NOMA. LOVE is a rain or shine event. Tickets are non-refundable.

NOMA’s primary concern is the health of our visitors, staff, and community, and we will continue to follow state and City of New Orleans’ public health guidance for COVID-19 restrictions. Current information is available at noma.org/visit/covid-19-safety-guidelines.

Entertainment by the Bucktown All-Stars

Established in 1992, The Bucktown All-Stars are a brass-driven New Orleans party band specializing in 1960s classic R&B and soul, ’70s funk and New Orleans jams. Multi-year winner of Gambit’s Readers Poll in “Best Band That Doesn’t Fit Any Of These Categories” and ten-time winner of the prestigious Offbeat Magazine Best of the Beat Awards, the horn-powered All-Stars’ New Orleans shows are legendary in the Crescent City. Raspy vocals, rollicking piano, and a corrupt horn section fuel an unorthodox mix of second line funk and Motown soul.
