Tulane University cordially invites the citizens of New Orleans to an unforgettable cultural experience on Saturday, October 25, 2025: a day of silent cinema with live musical accompaniment by internationally acclaimed pianist and composer Donald Sosin, singer and percussionist Joanna Seaton, and premier klezmer fiddler, Alicia Svigals. The program features short films representing French, Italian, and German-Jewish film heritage, bringing the past to life through live musical performances.
