“Edge Of Tomorrow” Artist Talk With Ben Depp and Rien Fertel

Join us for a discussion featuring environmental photographer Ben Depp and award-winning author and historian Dr. Rien Fertel, in celebration of HNOC’s new exhibition Edge of Tomorrow: Aerial View of Louisiana’s Changing Coastline by Ben Depp.

From the unique perspective of his powered paraglider, Depp’s large-format prints take viewers on a soaring journey that captures the beauty and fragility of Louisiana’s wetlands—and the urgency of the region’s ongoing environmental dilemma. After the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to walk to HNOC (520 Royal) to view the exhibition, with a reception and light refreshments to follow.
