Come out and join NACE New Orleans for a DELICIOUS culinary adventure featuring local restaurants, caterers and bakeries where YOU get to help decide who wins the title of Best Tasty Bite of the South 2025!
Top Chefs from across the area will gather at Hotel Fontenot New Orleans on Thursday, August 14, 2025, to vie for the titles of Best Tasty Bite.
Our panel of judges includes Greg Reggio of Taste Buds Management, Shelby Latino from FOX 8’s NOLA Now, Tamsy Kambi of TamLovesToEat, Poppy Tooker of Louisiana Eats! radio show and podcast, and Henry Heaton at American Cancer Society and Co-Founder and ACS Staff Partner to Shuck Cancer New Orleans.
In addition to local celebrity judges, guests will cast their vote for their favorites in the People’s Choice competition. The winners were named as “Best Tasty Bite”, “Best Dessert” and “Best Presentation”.
Tickets include over 25 tasty bites from all participating restaurants, full open bar, LIVE entertainment by DAT BAND, VIP access, and so much more!!!
Up to 50% of the event’s proceeds will be donated to Shuck Cancer, a local event to support Access to Care Grant Program and the American Cancer Society.

5:30 PM | Exclusive Access for VIP Ticket Holders 6:00 PM | Doors open for General Admission. Tasting begins 7:45 PM| Last call to cast your votes 8:00 PM | Winners are announced {People’s Choice for Best Dessert and Best Bite | Judges Pick for Best Dessert and Bite} 8:30 PM|
Event concludes (King Brasserie & Peacock Room will be open a Glow night cap. Reservations via OpenTable are highly encouraged for live music from Robin Barnes and Pat Casey (Da Lovebirds) in the Peacock Room from 8pm-10pm)
