Justice for All Ball: A Night of Giving Back to the Community

Event Date: September 19, 2025 |
The 37th Annual Justice for All Ball, hosted by The Pro Bono Project, recently took over the historic Orpheum Theater in New Orleans on Friday, September 19th. This yearly gala is a major social event for the city’s legal community, bringing together hundreds of lawyers, judges, and private citizens to support a crucial cause. All proceeds from the evening went to The Pro Bono Project, a non-profit organization that provides free civil legal services to underserved individuals and families in the greater New Orleans area.
The elegant evening started with an exclusive Patron Party at the Double Dealer, a smaller venue within the theater. Guests, dressed in black-tie optional attire, then moved into the main theater for the grand ball. Attendees enjoyed live music from the band Retro Punkz, along with fine food and specialty cocktails. A key part of the fundraiser was a curated silent auction, which featured various travel packages and other unique items.
The event’s success directly supports The Pro Bono Project’s mission of ensuring equal access to justice. The organization’s work is vital for low-income residents, families, and veterans who need legal help with issues like family law, housing disputes, and consumer debt but can’t afford an attorney. Through this event and the generous support of the community, The Pro Bono Project can continue to connect those in need with volunteer lawyers who can provide essential legal aid. The evening was a true testament to the spirit of philanthropy and a community dedicated to fairness and justice for everyone.
