Lights On The Lake Celebration & Boat Parade


New Orleans knows how to do parades, but did you know we are also great at boat parades too?

On December 18, 2021. the Pontchartrain Conservancy is hosting Lights on the Lake from 5pm-8pm. The event takes place at the New Canal Lighthouse located at 8001 Lakeshore drive. The event will feature a spectacular boat parade, live music, delicious food, holiday cheer, kids crafts, photos with Santa, Crafts and Games.

Don’t Miss Out On This Great Event!

Admission for this event is $5 per person, except that kids under 12 are free. Tickets are only available at the gate. The Live music includes The Sirens of New Orleans, Crescent City Sound Chorus of Sweet Adeline’s International, and Shades of Praise. Food by local food trucks include Tasty Treats & Creole BBQ. There is FREE Parking on Lakeshore Drive or Shuttle Service from Walgreens Parking Lot on Robert E. Lee. Learn more – HERE.
