2026 Maestri Classic

Enjoy a celebration on Feb. 19 to kick off the Maestri Classic Weekend by helping New Orleans & Company welcome the College Baseball and Miracle League Teammates to Maestri Field. In addition to honoring our own Coach Ron Maestri, the namesake for the event and Maestri Field at UNO’s Privateer Park, the event will serve as a celebratory welcome for the visiting teams and fans. Admission and parking is free of charge and gates open 7 p.m., events 7:30–8:30 p.m. Attendees will enjoy a Backyard Baseball video game arcade, prizes, giveaways, music and the Miracle League All-Stars Game at 7:30 PM featuring The Melonheads vs. The Wombats.

The Miracle League of Greater New Orleans supports children with disabilities by providing inclusive opportunities to play organized sports. This exhibition is designed to feel like a professional baseball experience, complete with announcers, mascots, a broadcast, and a packed crowd cheering from the stands.
