FRIENDS OF JEFFERSON THE BEAUTIFUL TO CELEBRATE MILESTONE OF PRESENTING 25TH ANNUAL CAREY HAMMETT TREE SCHOOL ON OCTOBER 7, 2024 – AWARDED TWICE BY THE NATIONAL ARBOR DAY FOUNDATION

The 25th Annual Carey Hammett Tree School will bring together leading minds as Friends of Jefferson the Beautiful will celebrate a milestone year of presenting this conference on October 7, 2025, doors open at 8:00am, the program begins at 8:30 am and concludes at 4:15 pm. It will be held at the Jefferson Performing Arts Center at 6400 Airline Drive in Metairie. This comprehensive, one-day conference on the care and preservation of tree canopy in the urban landscape will include national and local presenters. This conference has been awarded twice by the National Arbor Day Foundation.
