COVID 19 Cases Are Increasing

The number of new cases reported statewide have been increasing with the majority of those being among those who are unvaccinated. 97% of individuals who have been hospitalized have been unvaccinated. “Because there is so much virus circulating in the community, there is also an alarming increase in “breakthrough” cases among vaccinated New Orleanians.
